DECADES of PRAISE is an exciting musical journey featuring great hymns of the church, a tribute to Fanny Crosby, Jesus Music of the 60's, early Contemporary Christian songs of the 70's and 80's, ending with present-day worship. The decades of the 20th Century gave us some of our favorite hymns, and also transitioned the church into a new contemporary sound. Join David and Kirsten as they weave personal stories through some of the best loved songs of the decades.
They've been singing Praise Music for decades. It's pretty much been woven into both of their DNA strains. It's what brought them together as a couple. The Harts have been singing Praise Music full-time as a profession since 1978, when David joined the well-known group, Roger Breland and TRUTH.
For over four decades, the Harts have been involved in signing praise songs of the church with traveling groups, Grammy Award winner Larnelle Harris, on weekly television broadcasts, and across the world. DECADES OF PRAISE is who the Harts are and have been.
Decades of Praise can be a stand alone concert, fill a morning service, be a music package for Sunday services, or combined with another of their events.
